What I Bring You

  • Through Pilates and Yoga I help clients restore and sustain strength, expand their full functional movement capacity, enhancing overall physical and mental well-being.
  • Through my Craniosacral Therapy practice I guide and nurture your system to enhance healing and overcome traumas. Craniosacral therapy does this by gently supporting the body and mind, creating a space for the systems to unwind, self-regulate, and return to their natural states of balance.
  • Through HOW walks we begin to get to know and take ownership of our hormonal journey.

My approach in each discipline is deeply intuitive, led and supported by my learnings, my time with mentors, and my qualifications.
