As women, our hormonal cycles are the cornerstone of our health – on a macro life cycle level, and a micro monthly cycle level. Whether we are ovulating or not.
Men also experience hormonal cycles – on macro level throughout their lifetime, and on a micro level theirs cycles daily.
There are also hormones such as cortisol, serotonin, and oxytocin.
An imbalance of any of these can quickly and easily affect our health in untold negative ways: stress, weight gain, chest pains, blocked lymphatic systems, insomnia, depression, anxiousness. The list goes on!
My goal through these HOW walks are to guide small groups of women through gentle rhythmical walking exercise to encourage our hormones to find balance.
